Our daughter immensely looked forward to her dance and gymnastics classes every week, so we really appreciated the school's extra effort to coordinate those additional programs for the students. Most (if not all?) of the classes take place during the school day, and some are through the adjacent California Sports Center. The school also offers parents the option to sign their students up for weekly “enrichment classes,” such as art, soccer, dance, gymnastics, kung fu, and more, for an additional fee. We find the parent/teacher conferences quite informative and have gotten helpful insights into our daughter. Her teachers have also tried to teach her to problem-solve on her own. Her teachers have tried various methods to encourage her to try new foods and even celebrated once by giving her a prize for finishing her meal quickly. Our daughter for instance is a slow and picky eater. While they of course can't catch everything going on in the room, they are able to notice little things that help the parents. The teachers have many children in their rooms but have helpers. Everything she absorbed and learned at 7MF helped her ace the Kindergarten evaluations at the various private schools we applied to. The students do weekly show and tells, and the occasional poster and presentation, and our daughter grew from being shy in the beginning to an enthusiastic participant. I think our daughter knows more about the circulatory system than I do! 7MF has also really helped build her confidence and get her out of her shell.

She picked up her numbers and letters very quickly, and she’s learned all sorts of vocabulary and concepts in both languages. Their teaching methods and topics are all very helpful. We also strongly feel she got a really big head start in her education at 7MF. Our daughter now has a strong foundation for Mandarin and can confidently communicate with us in Mandarin with no issues. As ABC’s, we speak Mandarin but not super fluently nor consistently to each other at home, so we've loved having that reinforcement at school with native speakers. We love the bilingual aspect of the school. You often see them around, holding the children, talking to them, comforting them, and making sure 7MF is a really happy place. Not only do they lead 7MF, but they’re also very hands-on in helping the teachers and the students. The quality of the program starts at the top with Lily and Jina, both of whom openly and outwardly love on the children. Needless to say, 7MF has been really good to and for our daughter over the last four years. Lily responded. Our daughter started here at 18 months old (in 2018), recently graduated from 7MF, and will attend Harker for kindergarten in the fall. It was so hard to find childcare during the pandemic especially that would accept children under 2.

My daughter started here January 2021 and she will be 2 years old this month. We've also been fortunate they were open during covid since they provided a better daily. He's even picked up mandarin even though we don't speak it at home.

From the very start, Lily and Jina have been incredibly responsive and professional via email and in person. I'm super impressed with 7 Magic Flowers, to be honest.
